Where did the personal hotspot go in ios 5?

Did you just install iOS 5 and now your personal wifi hotspot isn't showing up? 
Where is it? Here's what to do to find it and fix it:

1. Go to General, then go to reset.
2. Now click reset network.
3. Your hotspot will now show up under network.
